半导体材料特性参数自动测量研究--以二极管为例

摘要 半导体材料是一类具有半导体性能、可用来制作半导体器件和集成电路的电子材料,对现代社会的生产和科技发展有着深远的意义。二极管是最早诞生的半导体器件之一,常用于实现对交流电整流、调制信号检波、限幅等。其特性参数是衡量系统稳定度和准确性的一项重要指标。因此,对二极管各项参数的测试与检测至关重要。本文设计了一种性能优异、易操作的半导体参数自动测试仪,可对二极管的伏安特性进行分析及显示,结合电路设计实现正向导通电压、反向击穿电压等参数的精确测量。该测试仪结合小电流恒流源、继电器、数控模块以及单片机对电路实现全方位精准操控,并准确显示二极管伏安特性曲线,具有空间小、易操作、特性参数精准、实用性强等优势。 Semiconductor materials are a class of electronic materials with semiconductor properties that can be used to make semiconductor devices and integrated circuits and have far-reaching significance for the production and technological development of modern society.Diode is one of the earliest semiconductor devices,and is often used to realize AC rectification,modulation signal detection,and amplitude limiting.Its characteristic parameter is an important index to measure the stability and accuracy of the system.Therefore,it is very important to test and inspect the various parameters of the diode.In this paper,a semiconductor parameter automatic tester with excellent performance and easy operation is designed,which can analyze and display the volt-ampere characteristics of the diode and realize the accurate measurement of parameters such as forward conduction voltage and reverse breakdown voltage in combination with circuit design.The tester combines low-current constant-current sources,relays,numerical control modules and single-chip microcomputers to achieve comprehensive and accurate control of the circuit,and accurately displays the volt-ampere characteristic curve of the diode.It has the advantages of small space,easy operation,accurate characteristic parameters,and strong practicability.
