摘要
为了更好地适应后疫情时代防控条件下的企业实习要求,充分发挥线上学习、线下教学的特点,以《食品企业实习》课程教学实习为例,将线上线下进行有机融合,探索线上线下混合式教学实习模式。结果表明,《食品企业实习》采用混合式教学模式,丰富了学生的学习资源,调动了学生的学习积极性,提高了学生的学习效率。针对实习期间暴露的问题提出改进建议,为新形势下企业实习提供一条参考的教学实习模式。
In order to better adapt to the requirements of enterprise practice in the post-epidemic era of prevention and control conditions,and give full play to the characteristics of online learning and offline teaching,the teaching practice of“Food Enterprise Practice”course is taken as an example to organically integrate the two and explore the mode of online and offline mixed teaching practice.The results show that the mixed teaching mode of“Food Enterprise Practice”has enriched students’learning resources,aroused their learning enthusiasm and improved their learning efficiency.For the problems exposed during the practice,the paper puts forward some suggestions for improvement,which provides a reference course teaching mode for the enterprise practice under the new situation.
