摘要
目的:探究甲状腺外科手术患者自尊、社会支持水平及影响因素。方法:选取郑州大学第一附属医院2018年10月-2020年1月甲状腺外科手术患者130例作为研究对象,统计其自尊(SSES)、社会支持(SSRS)评分,多元线性回归分析影响因素。结果:甲状腺外科手术患者SSRS量表总分(21.29±3.38)分,SSES总分为(51.91±4.56)分,均处于中等水平;甲状腺外科手术患者SSRS量表支持利用度、客观支持、主观支持各维度评分低于国内常模(t=6.350,3.593,46.477;P<0.05);多元线性回归分析,女性、年龄>50岁、大专及以上、月收入>5000元、最近1个月内重大生活事件、SSRS评分>20分、外向是甲状腺外科手术患者自尊的影响因素(t=4.216,4.433,3.278,2.289,0.324,2.271,2.038;P<0.05);多元线性回归分析,年龄>50岁、已婚、城镇、在职、SSES评分>40分、家庭功能良好、外向、社交活动频率≥3次/月是甲状腺外科手术患者社会支持的影响因素(t=4.023,7.355,2.079,3.457,2.001,7.028,4.011,3.451;P<0.05)。结论:(1)甲状腺外科手术患者自尊处于中等水平,患者的性别、年龄、文化程度、月收入、最近1个月内重大生活事件、SSRS评分、性格特点是影响其自尊的重要因素;(2)甲状腺外科手术患者社会支持不足,受患者的年龄、婚姻状况、工作状况、居住地、SSES评分、家庭功能、性格特点、社交活动频率等因素影响;(3)现况调查能了解甲状腺外科手术患者自尊和社会支持水平现状,影响因素分析能掌握影响上述指标水平变化的原因,为临床展开针对性干预方案提供科学依据。
Objective:To explore the self-esteem,social support level and influencing factors of patients undergoing thyroid surgery.Methods:A total of 130 patients undergoing thyroid surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from October 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.The self-esteem(SSES)and social support(SSRS)scores were counted,and the influencing factors were analyzed by multiple linear regression.Results:The total score of the SSRS scale for patients with thyroid surgery was(21.29±3.38)and the total score of SSES was(51.91±4.56),both were at a medium level;The SSRS scale for patients with thyroid surgery supports various dimensions of utilization,objective support,and subjective support scored lower than the domestic norm(t=6.350,3.593,46.477;P<0.05);Multiple linear regression analysis,female,age>50 years old,college degree and above,monthly income>5000 yuan,the most recent 1 Major life events within a month,SSRS score>20 points,and extroversion were the influencing factors of self-esteem in patients undergoing thyroid surgery(t=4.216,4.433,3.278,2.289,0.324,2.271,2.038;P<0.05);Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age>50 years old,married,urban,working,SSES score>40,good family function,outgoing,frequency of social activities≥3 times/month were influencing factors of social support for patients undergoing thyroid surgery(t=4.023,7.355,2.079,3.457,2.001,7.028,4.011,3.451,P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)The self-esteem of patients undergoing thyroid surgery is at a moderate level.The patient’s gender,age,education level,monthly income,major life events in the last month,SSRS score,and personality characteristics are important factors affecting their self-esteem.(2)Insufficient social support for patients undergoing thyroid surgery is affected by factors such as age,marital status,work status,residence,SSES score,family function,personality characteristics,and frequency of social activities.(3)The current situation investigation can understand the status quo of se
