摘要
进入21世纪以来,我国经济快速发展的同时,人才供给问题逐渐凸显出来,高等教育面临改革,产教融合培养模式成为高等教育人才培养的重要途径之一。培养模式的创新给高校学生管理工作提出了新的要求,在此基础之上本文通过分析产教融合培养模式下高校学生管理工作面临的问题,提出应当调整学生管理工作目标体系、学生管理组织结构扁平化、加强辅导员的培训、采取全新的学生干部培养方式等解决对策。
Since the beginning of the 21st century,with the rapid development of China's economy,the problem of talent supply has gradually emerged.Higher Education is undergoing reform,and the training mode of integration of production and teaching has become one of the important ways to train talents in higher education,the innovation of the training mode puts forward new requirements for the management of students.On the basis of this,it makes clear the characteristics of the training mode of the integration of production and teaching by analyzing the concepts of the training mode of the integration of production and teaching.Considering the current situation of student management in Contemporary Higher Education and the difficulties faced by student management under the mode of integration of production and teaching,it is considered that the future student management in higher education will focus on teaching,form a flat organization of Student self-discipline,student managers team management model.
