摘要
高等职业教育是国民教育的重要组成部分,随着产教融合的教学改革深入,专业群需要建立和完善有效的教学质量监控体系,解决教学标准与现行业标准融合、教学过程与生产过程融合、校内教学与企业实践融合等问题。构建教学质量标准体系、构建教学质量动态监测体系、教学质量监控反馈体系,能够有效地形成标准—监控—整改—反馈的闭环教学质量监控模式,能够有效地保障现代学徒制等产教融合培养模式的教学质量、可以提高教学系部教学水平和管理工作水平。
Higher Vocational Education is an important part of national education.With the deepening of the teaching reform of the integration of industry and education,professional groups need to establish and improve an effective teaching quality monitoring system to solve several problems about the integration of teaching standards and current industry standards,the integration of teaching process and production process,and the integration of school teaching and enterprise practice.The construction of teaching quality standard system,teaching quality dynamic monitoring system and teaching quality monitoring feedback system can effectively form a closed-loop teaching quality monitoring mode of standard monitoring rectification feedback,effectively guarantee the teaching quality of modern apprenticeship and other production education integration training mode,and improve the teaching level and management level of teaching department.
