摘要
基于黄淮海地区北京、山东和河北三地119个生态农场的调研数据,通过统计描述阐释生态农场特征,并借助Probit模型,以生态农场绿色生产为切入点,探讨如何推动生态农场绿色发展。结果表明:相对于一般农业经营主体而言,生态农场负责人相对年轻,受教育水平更高,拥有良好的环保、健康和市场意识,且普遍采用多种绿色生产措施;生态农场绿色生产作为绿色发展的重要内容,不仅受到负责人个体特征、农场生产经营特征等内生因素影响,也会受到政府绿色生产补贴特征、监管者质量管控特征等外生因素影响。鉴于此,在促进生态农场发展相关政策制定过程中,不仅需要关注农业从业者环保健康意识提升和人力资本水平提高,还应进一步增强绿色生产激励的可持续性,完善质量管控措施。
Based on the survey data of 119 ecological farms in Beijing,Shandong and Hebei in Huanghuahai area,the characteristics of ecological farms were explained through statistical description.With the help of Probit model,the green production of ecological farms was taken as the starting point to discuss how to promote the green development of ecological farms.The results showed that compared with the general agricultural operation subjects,the leaders of ecological farms were relatively young,with higher education level,good environmental health and market awareness,and generally adopted a variety of green production measures.As an important part of green development,the green production of ecological farms is not only affected by endogenous factors such as the individual characteristics of the person in charge and the characteristics of farm production and operation,but also affected by exogenous factors such as the characteristics of government subsidies for green production and quality control of regulators.In view of this,in the formulation of policies to promote the development of ecological farms,attention should be paid not only to the improvement of environmental health awareness and human capital level of agricultural practitioners,but also to further enhance the sustainability of green production incentives and improve quality control measures.
