摘要
风险不确定性感知是农户绿色生产行为决策前的重要环节。文中基于农业绿色发展先行区的235份实地调研数据,采用结构方程模型实证分析风险不确定性感知对农户绿色农业生产意愿与行为的影响。结果表明:经济风险不确定性感知与政策风险不确定性感知对农户绿色生产意愿具有显著正向影响,且经济风险不确定性感知的显著性高于政策风险不确定性感知;自然风险不确定性感知对农户绿色生产意愿具有显著的负向影响;绿色生产意愿对绿色生产行为具有显著正向影响。因此,政府在加强农业绿色发展先行区政策推进时,应建立合理的风险共担措施以降低农户风险不确定性感知,同时需恰当合理地引导降低农户经济风险不确定性感知以提升农户绿色农业生产意愿,从而内生性地推动农户实施绿色生产行为。
Risk uncertainty perception is a significant link before farmers making green production behavior decisions.Based on 235 field survey data from the going-first area of the green agricultural development,a structural equation model is used to empirically analyzed the impact of risk uncertainty on farmers’green agricultural production intention and behavior.The results show that economic risk uncertainty perception and policy risk uncertainty perception have a significant positive impact on farmers’green production intention.And the significance of economic risk uncertainty perception is higher than that of policy risk uncertainty perception.Natural risk uncertainty perception has a significant negative impact on farmers’willingness to green production,and green production willingness has a significant positive effect on green production behavior.Therefore,while strengthening the policy promotion in the going-first area of the green agricultural development,the government should establish reasonable risk-sharing measures to reduce the risk uncertainty perception of farmers.At the same time,it is necessary to properly and reasonably guide farmers’perception of economic risk uncertainty to enhance farmers’willingness for green agricultural production and endogenously promote farmers to implement green production behaviors.
