摘要
目的:比较不同树脂填充材料美学修复儿童下颌第一磨牙窝沟龋的临床效果。方法:选择2019年1月-2020年12月笔者医院收治的80例(80颗患牙)下颌第一磨牙窝沟龋患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为SF组(27例)、TNB组(28例)与Z350F组(25例),分别使用Sonic Fill(SF)大块复合树脂、TetricN-Ceram Bulk Fill(TNB)大块复合树脂及Z350XT Flowable(Z350F)纳米树脂进行填充修复。修复后随访12个月,采用美国公共卫生服务中心量表标准(USPHS)评价美学效果,采用视觉模拟量表(VAS)评价患者对美学效果的满意度,观察咀嚼功能。结果:修复后12个月,SF组在边缘适合性、边缘着色、继发龋、表面光滑度及敏感度方面的USPHS评价均明显优于TNB组与Z350F组,TNB组明显优于Z350F组(P<0.05);SF组患者对整体轮廓、表面形态的满意度评价明显优于TNB组与Z350F组,TNB组明显优于Z350F组(P<0.05);SF组与TNB组的咬合力及咀嚼效率均明显高于Z350F组(P<0.05),SF组与TNB组之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在儿童下颌第一磨牙窝沟龋的美学修复中,SF大块复合树脂优于TNB大块复合树脂,TNB大块复合树脂优于Z350F纳米树脂。
Objective To compare the clinical effect of different resin-filled materials in the aesthetic restoration of caries in children’s mandibular first molars. Methods A total of 80 children(80 affected teeth) with caries in mandibular first molars who was selected in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020, and they were divided into SF group(27 cases),TNB group(28 cases) and Z350 F group(25 cases) according to random number table method. The Sonic Fill(SF) composite resin, Tetric N-CERAM Bulk Fill(TNB) composite resin and Z350 XT Flowable(Z350 F) nano-resin was used for filling and restoration. All the patients were followed up for 12 months after restoration, the aesthetic effect was evaluated by the United States Public Health Service Center Scale Standard(USPHS), The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) was used to evaluate patients’ satisfaction on aesthetic effect, the masticatory function was observed. Results At 12 months after restoration, the USPHS evaluation of edge suitability, edge coloration, secondary caries, surface smoothness and sensitivity in SF group was significantly better than that in TNB group and Z350 F group, TNB group was significantly superior to Z350 F group(P<0.05).The patients’ satisfaction evaluation of overall contour and surface morphology in SF group was significantly better than that in TNB group and Z350 F group, TNB group was significantly superior to Z350 F group(P<0.05). The bite force and masticatory efficiency in SF group and TNB group was significantly higher than those in Z350 F group(P <0.05), and there was no statistical significance between SF group and TNB group(P>0.05). Conclusion In the aesthetic restoration of caries children’s mandibular first molars, SF bulk composite resin was superior to TNB bulk composite resin, TNB bulk composite resin was superior to Z350 F nano resin.
