摘要
公共卫生信息化是“健康中国”和“数字中国”建设中耦合而成的热点研究领域。以2010—2020年中国知网数据库期刊文献为数据来源,进行关键词共现、多维尺度与社会网络分析,度量研究主题及各因素之间的关系,解构公共卫生信息化的研究现状与热点。研究发现:我国公共卫生信息化研究主要围绕体制机制、技术支撑、资源配置等方面展开,但主题内容分布不均匀;其中,公共卫生信息化、健康数据、现状及对策等占据网络核心地位,体制改革、信息化管理、公共卫生管理等处于网络边缘地带。进而分析了公共卫生信息化的研究趋势,即以“健康中国”为导向的机制体制改革研究,以居民为中心的技术支撑平台建设研究,以健康公平为目标的卫生资源配置研究。
Public health informatization is a hot research field coupled with the construction of“Healthy China”and“Digital China”.Based on the journal literature of CNKI database from 2010 to 2020,this paper conducts keyword cooccurrence,multi-dimensional scale and social network analysis,measures the relationship between research topics and various factors,deconstructs the research status and hot spots of public health informatization.The results show that the research on public health informatization in China mainly focuses on system mechanism,technical support and resource allocation,but the topic content is not evenly distributed.Among them,public health information,health data,current situation and countermeasures occupy the core position of the network,while system reform,information management and public health management are at the edge of the network.Furthermore,this paper analyzes the research trend of public health informatization,that is,the research on mechanism and system reform oriented by“Healthy China”,the research on the construction of technology support platform with residents as the center,and the research on health resource allocation with the goal of health equity.
