某乘用车后副车架疲劳耐久性能改进分析

摘要 某乘用车路试时出现后副车架开裂现象,为了解决这个问题,采集道路载荷谱,结合有限元法对该后副车架进行疲劳损伤分析,得到疲劳失效部位与路试开裂位置一致,确定结构薄弱部位并验证疲劳损伤分析的可行性。通过结构局部加强改进设计,再次计算疲劳损伤值,计算结果满足标准,通过路试不再出现开裂现象,满足疲劳特性要求,达到预期目标。 The rear subframe of a passenger car cracked during the road test.In order to solve this problem,the road load spectrum was collected,and the fatigue damage of the rear subframe was analyzed combined with the finite element method.It was found that the fatigue failure position was consistent with the cracking position of the road test,the weak part of the structure was determined,and the feasibility of fatigue damage analysis was verified.The fatigue damage value is calculated again through the local strengthening and improvement design of the structure,and the calculation results meet the standard.Through the road test,there is no cracking,meets the requirements of fatigue characteristics and achieves the expected goal.
