摘要
介绍采用有限元模型模拟分析汽车悬架系统的新方法,探讨了悬架有限元建模过程中的一些特殊问题及其处理技术,通过模拟-实验结果对照论述了悬架有限元模型的分析精度和可靠性,并通过对应用实例的讨论展示了这种方法的优越性和在汽车CAD等方面的应用潜力。
A new approach for simulating and analyzing vehicle suspensions with FEM(Finite Element Method)models is presented in this paper, some specific problems in FEM modelling and technics adopted to deal with then are discussed as well. Simulation accuracy and reliability by using these FEM models in analyses are verified through comparison between calculated and experimental results. In more,potentiality and advantages of applicating this method in vehicular CAD are illustrated through several realistic examples.
