软岩矿井采空区下综采工作面参数优化设计研究

摘要 以灵东煤矿软岩采空区下Ⅱ3煤层开采为背景,选取工作面长度、区段煤柱宽度、采高等3个因素进行正交试验设计,通过FLAC^(3D)数值软件模拟不同因素组合下工作面覆岩的破坏情况,分析每个因素对工作面覆岩破坏的影响程度。试验结果表明,各个因素对Ⅱ3煤层工作面顶板破坏高度影响显著性次序依次为:采高>工作面长度>区段煤柱宽度。根据对数值模拟结果的分析,结合各因素对导水裂缝带高度影响曲线,遵循煤矿安全高效生产的基本原则,确定Ⅱ3煤层工作面合理尺寸组合为工作面长度为250 m,区段煤柱宽度为25 m,采高为5 m,并与中硬岩层的模拟结果进行对比,体现出软弱岩层在模拟中的破坏程度。 With the mining of theⅡ3 coal seam under goaf in soft rock of Lingdong coal mine as the background,three factors such as the length of the working face,the width of the sectional coal pillar and the mining height are selected for orthogonal test design,and the FLAC^(3 D) numerical software is used to simulate the working face under different combinations of factors.The damage of the rock,analyze the influence of each factor on the damage of the overburden of the working face.The test results show that the significant order of the influence of various factors on the roof failure height ofⅡ3 coal seam is:height of mining>length of working face>section pillar width.Based on the analysis of the numerical simulation results,combining with the influence curves of various factors on the height of the water-conducting fissure zone,and following the basic principles of safe and efficient production of coal mines,the reasonable size combination ofⅡ3 coal seam working face is determined as the length of the working face is 250 m,and the width of the sectional coal pillar is 25 m and the mining height is 5 m,and comparing with the simulation results of medium-hard rock formation,reflecting the damage degree of soft rock formation in the simulation.
