摘要
为了实现工作面下隅角端头支护的机械化和自动化,以黄陵一号煤矿1005综采工作面参数为基础,设计了一套综采工作面异型端头支护装备。该设备可替代原有的液压单体支护,实现对巷道下隅角前后空顶处的全断面支护和封堵;采用电液控和远程遥控方式,可快速对下隅角、运输机机尾切顶支架进行移架;且可定时反复自动对顶板进行强制破坏,确保顶板及时垮落。在黄陵一号煤矿117工作面距离开切眼500 m范围内现场应用后,提高综采工作面的推进速度,减少投入材料费用20余万元,节省人力50%以上,自动反复对顶板进行强制破坏,确保采空区及时垮落,实现了下隅角切顶支架的安全快速移架。
In order to realize the mechanization and automation of the end support in the lower corner of the working face,a set of irregular end support equipment in the fully mechanized mining face was designed based on the parameters of 1005 fully mechanized mining face in Huangling No.1 Coal Mine.The advantages of this equipment are that it can replace the original single hydraulic prop,and realize the full section support and sealing of the lower corner of the roadway;by adopting electro-hydraulic control and remote control,the lower corner and tail roof cutting support can be moved quickly;it can automatically and repeatedly destroy the roof regularly to ensure the roof collapse in time.The field application in No.117 working face of Huangling No.1 Coal Mine within 500m away from the open-off cut shows that the advancing speed of fully mechanized working face can be improved,the material cost can be reduced by more than 0.2 million yuan,and the manpower can be saved by more than 50%.Through the automatic repeated forced destruction of the roof,the roof of the goaf is ensured to collapse in time,and the safe and rapid movement of the roof cutting support at the lower corner is realized.
