摘要
详细介绍了液压驱动履带式掘进巷道支护装置的设计组成结构、技术参数、布置方式及其技术先进性,分析了支护装置的动作原理,并对其井下运输及安装进行了探讨。该装置减少了传统掘进巷道支护装置反复升降对顶板的破坏,满足了掘进巷道临时支护和快速移架要求,提高了掘进效率,方便掘进从无支护向永久支护的衔接过渡。
This paper introduced the design composition,technical parameter,layout and technological advancement of hydrauli-cally driven crawler tunneling support device in detail,analyzed the operation principle of the device,and discussed its transpor-tation and installation.The device reduced the damage to the roof caused by the repeated lifting of the traditional tunneling sup-port device,satisfied the requirement of the temporary support and rapid frame transfer,improved the efficiency of tunneling and facilitated the transition from the unsupported to permanent support.
