长三角城市创新网络凝聚子群发育机制研究——基于多值ERGM 被引量:34

Development Mechanism of Cohesive Subgroups’ Urban Innovation Networks in the Yangtze River Delta:Based on the Valued ERGM

摘要 以长三角城市群27座中心区城市为研究对象,基于2018年发明专利申请数据构建反映城市合作创新关系的多值无向网络,使用凝聚子群分析方法和多值ERGM研究长三角城市群创新网络中凝聚子群的特征及发育机制。研究发现:(1)长三角城市创新网络中存在两个凝聚子群,网络整体结构混合凝聚子群和核心—边缘两者的特点;(2)城市的经济实力、研发实力、地理邻近、认知邻近和制度邻近均有利于城市间创新合作关系的形成与加强,而经济实力差距则对创新合作不利;(3)城市创新网络中凝聚子群的发育在路径依赖机制的作用下呈现自我强化的特征,使得各城市创新网络资本差距不断扩大,促进了城市资源、区位优势的分化。 Taking 27 central cities of the Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration as the research object, this study constructs a valued undirected network of urban cooperative innovation based on the data of invention patent applications in 2018,uses the cohesive subgroup analysis method and valued exponential random graph model(ERGM) to study the characteristics and development mechanism of cohesive subgroups’ innovation network in the Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration. It’s found that: 1) There are two cohesive subgroups in the urban innovation network of the Yangtze River Delta,and the overall network structure shows the characteristics of cohesive subgroups and core-periphery. 2) Economic strength,R&D strength,geographical proximity,cognitive proximity and institutional proximity are both conducive to the formation and strengthening of innovative cooperation relationships between cities, while economic strength gap is detrimental to innovation cooperation. 3) The development of cohesive subgroups exhibits self-reinforcing characteristics under the effect of path-dependent mechanisms,which makes the gap of innovation network capital of each city expand continuously,further promote the differentiation of urban innovation resources.
