摘要
目的分析神经重症监护室仪器设备管理现状,探讨改进对策。方法2020年8月-2020年10月医院仪器设备采用传统纸质管理,2020年11月-2021年1月医院仪器设备应用二维码管理。比较应用二维码管理前后仪器管理情况(包括仪器规范登记、及时维护、时钟准确、性能完好、有效使用率)、护理人员满意度及护士仪器相关理论、操作、应急处置考核成绩。结果应用二维码管理后,仪器规范登记、及时维护、时钟准确、性能完好、有效使用率均高于应用前(p<0.05);护理人员满意度明显提升(p<0.05);护士仪器相关理论知识、操作、仪器故障应急处置考核成绩均高于应用前(p<0.05)。结论应用二维码管理仪器设备,不仅能规范仪器设备的使用,而且能够提高护士仪器相关理论知识、操作、仪器故障应急处置水平,提高工作效率。
Objective To analyze the current situation of equipment management in the neuro-intensive care unit,and to discuss the improvement measures.Methods From August 2020 to October 2020,traditional paper-based management was used for hospital equipment,and from November 2020 to January 2021,quick response code(QR code)management was used for hospital equipment.The standard management of equipment before and after the application of QR code management(including standard registration of equipment,timely maintenance,accurate clock,good performance,effective utilization rate),satisfaction of nurses,and assessment results of nurses'equipment related theory,operation,and emergency response were compared.Results After the application of QR code management,standard registration of equipment,timely maintenance,accurate clock,good performance,and effective utilization rate were all higher than before the application(p<0.05).Nurses'satisfaction was significantly improved(p<0.05).Assessment results of nurses'equipment related theory,operation,and emergency response to equipment failures were all higher than those before application(p<0.05).Conclusion The use of QR codes to manage equipment can not only standardize the use of equipment,but also improve nurses'equipment-related theoretical knowledge,operation,and emergency handling of equipment failures,and improve work efficiency.
