摘要
目的:分析在胆结石合并糖尿病患者住院期间应用PDCA联合临床护理路径(CNP)取得的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2019年1月-2020年12月确诊为胆结石合并糖尿病的92例患者临床资料,按照护理方法划分为对照组(n=46)和观察组(n=46),对照组应用常规护理模式,观察组在对照组基础上应用PDCA联合CNP,对比两组护理效果、血糖指标、护理依从性。结果:观察组护理舒适度、护理满意度、健康教育指导、护理态度及护理操作评分均高于对照组(t=19.466、19.346、18.274、12.502、32.071,P<0.05);护理前,两组患者血糖指标水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组遵医嘱饮食控制、遵医用药、自我监测及运动疗法比例均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在胆结石合并糖尿病患者住院期间应用PDCA联合CNP具有显著效果,在稳定血糖指标的同时提高了患者护理依从性,在临床实践过程中值得借鉴和推广。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of combination PDCA and CNP (Clinical Nursing Pathway) in patients with gallstones combined with diabetes during their hospitalization.Method:From January 2019 to December 2020,a total of 92 patients’ clinical data diagnosed with gallstones combined with diabetes were analyzed and divided into the control group (n=46) and the observation group (n=46) according to the nursing method.The control group was treated with conventional nursing mode,and the observation group was treated with PDCA combined with CNP on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect,blood glucose indexes and nursing compliance of the two groups were compared.Result:The scores of nursing comfort,nursing satisfaction,health education and guidance,nursing attitude and nursing operation in observation group were higher than those in control group (t=19.466,19.346,18.274,12.502,32.071,P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in blood glucose levels between the two groups (P>0.05),after nursing,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels in observation group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05).The proportions of adherence to dietary control,medical medicine,self-monitoring and exercise therapy in observation group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of PDCA combined with CNP in patients with gallstones combined with diabetes during hospitalization has a significant effect.It can stabilize the blood glucose indexes while improving patients’ nursing compliance.It is worthy of reference and promotion in the process of clinical practice.
