摘要 采用水热法,以钼酸铵和浓硝酸为原料制备三氧化钼。通过对水热温度和时间的考察,最佳工艺条件为水热温度120℃,时间8h。以最佳工艺条件下制备的三氧化钼为吸附剂,考察吸附剂用量和有色染料浓度对三氧化钼吸附效率的影响。吸附30min对初始浓度为10mg/L的罗丹明B移除率高达97.12 %,证明其对有色染料有良好的吸附性,即在较短的时间可以对有机染料达到较高的吸附。 Using ammonium molybdate and concentrated nitric acid as raw materials,molybdenum trioxide was prepared by hydrothermal method.Through the investigation of the hydrothermal temperature and time,the best process conditions were found to be 120℃ for 8h.Using molybdenum trioxide as the adsorbent,the effects of the amount of adsorbent and the concentration of colored dyes on the adsorption efficiency of molybdenum trioxide were investigated.The removal rate of the adsorbent for rhodamine B with an initial concentration of 10mg/L within 30minutes is as high as 97.12%,which proves that it has good adsorption to colored dyes.In a short time,it can achieve higher adsorption of organic dyes.
