摘要
以椰子壳为原料,经过磷酸活化制得活性炭,键合苯甲酰异硫氰酸酯制得表面键合配位体改性活性炭固相萃取材料。利用N2吸附-脱附、SEM、XPS、FT-IR等手段对所制备的固相萃取填料进行表征,考察了其对Zn^2+、Mn^2+、Pb^2+、Cd^2+和Ag^+金属离子的吸附性能。结果表明,该固相萃取填料对Zn^2+、Mn^2+、Pb^2+、Cd^2+和Ag^+的吸附容量分别为12.86、11.27、10.91、10.13和9.87mg·g^-1。以5mol·L^-1HNO3+0.05mo·L^-1乙二胺四乙酸二钠溶液作为洗脱液对吸附的金属离子进行洗脱,通过固相萃取(SPE)与电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)联用测定水样中重金属离子的含量,Zn^2+、Mn^2+、Pb^2+、Cd^2+和Ag^+的检出限分别为0.147、0.177、0.185、0.228和0.249mg·L^-1。
The solid phase extraction material of surface-bonded ligand-modified activated carbon was obtained after the raw material of coconut shell was activated by phosphoric acid and then was bonded by benzoyl isothiocyanate.The resultant materials were characterized by means of nitrogen adsorption and desorption,SEM,XPS and FT-IR,and their adsorption properties for Zn^2+,Mn^2+,Pb^2+,Cd^2+and Ag+were investigated.The adsorption capacities of the prepared solid phase extraction fillers for five metal ions were 12.86,11.27,10.91,10.13 and 9.87 mg·g^-1.The 5 mol·L^-1 HNO 3 and 0.05 mol·L^-1 disodium edetate solution was used as eluent to elute the metal ions.The content of heavy metal ions in the water sample was determined by SPE-ICP-MS.The detection limits of Zn^2+,Mn^2+,Pb^2+,Cd 2+and Ag+were 0.147,0.177,0.185,0.228 and 0.249 mg·L^-1,respectively.
