摘要
随着现代科技的不断发展,对于汽车性能的测试提出了虚拟仪器的测试方法,构建了虚拟仪器的汽车性能测试系统,在系统当中,主要是利用PC-DAQ方案来利用多传感器进行数据的采集和融合,在PC机平台和虚拟仪器软件的配合下,实现了汽车各种性能的数据采集控制,将多种数字化的汽车转化成为PC机为核心和硬件支持的数字化、柔性化、智能化的汽车性能虚拟集成测试系统。可以实现对汽车的排放性能、噪声、前大灯、制动性能以及悬架特性等多种性能进行测试。在本文当中,首先对虚拟仪器进行了概述;其次对汽车性能测试系统设计系统的总体设计做出了研究;最后在应用实例的基础上进行了详细的分析。
With the continuous development of modern technology,a virtual instrument test method has been proposed for automotive performance testing,and a virtual instrument automotive performance testing system has been constructed.In the system,the PC-DAQ program is mainly used to use multisensor data.With the cooperation of PC platform and virtual instrument software,data acquisition and control of various performances of automobiles are realized,and a variety of digital automobiles are transformed into digital,flexible,and intelligent PCs as the core and hardware support.A virtual integrated test system for automotive performance can test various performances such as vehicle emission performance,noise,headlights,braking performance and suspension characteristics.In this article,the virtual instrument is firstly summarized;secondly,the overall design of the automotive performance test system design system is researched;finally,a detailed analysis is made on the basis of application examples.
