摘要
目的:分析快速石蜡切片技术用于病理检验的价值。方法:选取2020年5月-2021年5月进行病理检查的患者100例,随机分为两组。对照组使用常规切片技术;试验组使用快速石蜡切片技术。比较两组检验效果。结果:试验组检验总时间低于对照组,患者满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组检验准确率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在对患者进行病理检验时,使用快速石蜡切片技术进行制片,能够缩短检验总时间,提升患者满意度,检验准确率较高。
Objective:To analyze the value of rapid paraffin section technology for pathological examination.Methods:From May 2020 to May 2021,100 patients who underwent pathological examination were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group used conventional sectioning technique.The experimental group used rapid paraffin sectioning technique.We compared the test results of the two groups.Results:The total test time of the test group was lower than that of the control group,and the patient satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in test accuracy between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:When performing pathological examinations on patients,using rapid paraffin section technology for film production can shorten the total test time,improve patient satisfaction,and have a higher test accuracy rate.
