摘要
在日常病理检验工作中,常常要求在较短的时间里做出准确的病理报告,但是目前兽医临床上使用的快速诊断方法存在诸多弊端,为满足诊断的需要,作者通过摸索和反复实践,利用超声波组织脱水机制作石蜡切片,可以快速制出与常规制片无明显差异的病理切片,该方法经济、安全,操作简单、适合于在基层兽医机构推广应用。
It is very important to make rapid issue paraffin section in pathological diagnoses; however, the existing rapid paraffin section diagnoses have many disadvantages. In this study, an ultrasonic tissue dehydrator was used to develop a new pathological analysis method. This novel technique showed a high conSistent reliability compared with the traditional one. Moreover, this rapid method, which is cheaper, safer and easier, can be potentially applied in the grassroots veterinary organizations.
