摘要
共建共享是专业群建设的重要内容,高职物流专业群实施共建共享对于复合型、创新型物流人才培养、提高专业群建设经济效益、1+X证书制度落地都有重要意义。通过调研物流专业群共建共享中存在的问题,在深入分析其原因的基础上,从选择合理的组群逻辑、构建1+X课证融通的专业群课程体系、1+X课证融通教学资源共建共享、教师团队共建共享以及加强共建共享机制建设等方面,对高职物流专业群的共建共享提出了有针对性的实施策略。
Co-construction and sharing is an important part of majors group construction.The implementation of co-construction and sharing of logistics majors group in higher vocational colleges is of great significance for the cultivation of compound talents and the improvement of teaching level.Through investigating the problems existing in the co-construction and sharing of logistics majors group,and based on the in-depth analysis of the reasons,this paper puts forward targeted implementation strategies for the co-construction and sharing of logistics majors group in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of the construction of“1+X”course certificate Integration Specialty Group curriculum system,the co-construction and sharing of course certificate integration resources,the construction of teachers team,and the strengthening of the co-construction and sharing management mechanism of majors group.
