摘要 新能源装机容量在电网中占比不断增加,导致电网一次调频能力随之减弱,因此要求新能源具备参与电网一次调频的能力。本文分析了新能源场站一次调频改造的3种方式及其优缺点,针对河北省南部电网新能源场站进行了一次调频响应死区、响应限幅、频率结束点、调差率等参数的分析计算,能够为新能源场站开展一次调频技术改造、现场试验提供技术支撑。依据本文参数配置一次调频响应装置,通过现场实测,验证了频率阶跃扰动下装置工作的准确性和有效性。 The installed capacity of new energy in Hebei South Power Grid is increasing, which leads to the weakening of primary frequency regulation ability of power grid.Therefore, new energy is required to have the ability to participate in primary frequency regulation of power grid.This paper analyzes three ways and their advantages and disadvantages of primary frequency regulation transformation of new energy station.For the new energy station of Hebei South power grid, the analysis and calculation of primary frequency modulation response dead zone, response amplitude limiting, frequency ending point, modulation difference rate and other parameters are carried out, which can provide technical support for the primary frequency regulation transformation and field test of new energy station.According to the parameters of this paper, the primary frequency regulation response device is configured.Through field measurement the accuracy and effectiveness of the device under frequency step disturbance are verified.
