摘要
区块链或分布式账本技术,具有协作自治、信息共享、对等透明、共识验真、自动合约与不易篡改等特性,不仅能重构职业教育产教融合联盟,而且对职业教育产教融合联盟治理现代化具有重大的现实意义。通过对区块链视域下职业教育产教融合联盟的内涵、动因和特征进行分析,构建职业教育产教融合联盟治理框架。从联盟主体治理、利益治理、协同治理和信息治理角度出发,提出了职业教育产教融合联盟治理机制。
Blockchain or distributed ledger technology has the characteristics of cooperation autonomy,information sharing,peer-to-peer transparency,consensus verification,automatic contract and non-tampering.It can not only reconstruct the industry-education integration alliance in vocational education,but also has great practical significance for the governance modernization of the industry-education integration alliance in vocational education.Through the analysis of the connotation,motivation and characteristics of industry-education integration alliance in vocational education from the perspective of blockchain,the governance framework of industry-education integration alliance in vocational education is constructed.From the perspective of subject governance,interest governance,collaborative governance and information governance,this paper puts forward the governance mechanism of industry-education integration alliance in vocational education.
