摘要
本文通过对混凝土外墙施工技术现有实例进行了详细分析,其中包括建筑外墙的设计及施工等环节,严格落实外墙施工技术要点,另外在制作过程中借助翻转台法脱模,使其进行脱模操作。结果表明:预制装配式混凝土外墙施工技术具有非常高的应用价值和应用前景,不仅可以起到节能降耗的作用,提高施工材料的利用率,还能缩小人力成本、物力成本和财力成本,提高工程施工质量,使得施工单位社会效益和经济效益达到最大化。
This paper analyzes the concrete exterior wall construction technology in detail,including the design and construction of the building exterior wall,strictly implement the construction technology points,in addition,in the production process with the help of the turning table demoulding,so that the demoulding operation.The results show that the construction technology of precast fabricated concrete exterior wall has very high application value and prospect,which can not only save energy and reduce consumption,but also improve the utilization ratio of construction materials,it can also reduce the cost of manpower,material and financial resources,improve the quality of construction,and maximize the social and economic benefits of construction units.
