摘要
目的探讨产后尿潴留应用盆底肌治疗仪的临床价值。方法84例产后尿潴留患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组42例。对照组采取传统的诱导排尿法,研究组在对照组基础上采用盆底肌治疗仪治疗。比较两组治疗效果、残余尿量、膀胱尿量以及患者满意度。结果研究组治疗总有效率95.2%高于对照组的78.6%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者残余尿量(45.1±8.2)ml少于对照组的(90.4±11.5)ml,膀胱尿量(354.2±21.3)ml多于对照组的(316.0±22.5)ml,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总满意度95.2%高于对照组的73.8%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对产后尿潴留患者采用盆底肌治疗仪治疗,效果较好,患者满意度较高,利于临床推广应用。
Objective To discuss the clinical value of pelvic floor muscle therapeutic instrument on postpartum urinary retention.Methods A total of 84 patients with postpartum urinary retention were randomly divided into research group and control group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional induced urination,and the research group was treated with pelvic floor muscle therapeutic instrument on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,residual urine volume,bladder urine volume and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment 95.2%in the research group was higher than 78.6%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the residual urine volume(45.1±8.2)ml of the research group was less than(90.4±11.5)ml of the control group,and the bladder urine volume(354.2±21.3)ml was more than(316.0±22.5)ml of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction with treatment 95.2%in the research group was higher than 73.8%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pelvic floor muscle therapeutic instrument has good effect and high satisfaction for postpartum patients with urinary retention,which is beneficial to clinical promotion and application.
