摘要
PLA纤维经氮气及氨气低温等离子体处理后,再通过环氧交联剂EDGE和环氮交联剂PTAP进行丝胶蛋白接枝整理,探索接枝改性处理对PLA纤维性能的影响。结果表明,氨气的处理效果要优氮气,以200 W处理210 s为宜;采用环氮交联剂PTAP整理时,丝胶蛋白对氨基化PLA纤维的接枝率较高,接枝后的PLA纤维具有较好的抗菌和抗氧化剂功能。
The PLA fiber is treated by N_(2) and NH_(3) low-temperature plasma,and then the sericin grafting finishing is carried out by the epoxy crosslinker(EDGE)and aziridine crosslinker(PTAP)to explore the functionality of the modified PLA fiber.The results show that the treatment effect of NH_(3) is better than that of N_(2),and the optimum condition is 200 W for 3 min.Using aziridine crosslinker(PTAP),the grafting rate of sericin on aminated PLA fiber is higher,and the grafted PLA fiber has better antibacterial and antioxidant functions.
