摘要
本文以铁路行车岗位群企业人才需求为切入点,灵活运用CBE职业教育模式,定位岗位群典型工作任务,分解岗位能力要求,并整合、重构出《接发列车工作》课程教学内容。
This article takes the talent needs of railway companies as an entry point,flexibly uses the CBE vocational education model,locates the typical work tasks of the post group,breaks down the job ability requirements,and integrates and reconstructs the teaching content of the "train receiving and dispatching work" course.
