摘要
目的调查护士工作满意度现状及影响因素,为医院护理管理、临床护理服务质量提供对策。方法本研究采用横断面调查法,于2020年4—6月抽取皖南、皖中、皖北三个地域二级、三级医院的3994名临床护士进行满意度调查,并分析其影响因素。结果安徽省二级、三级医院护士工作满意度的总体得分为101.54±19.16分,各条目平均分为3.27±0.62分,得分最高的维度为同事之间的关系,最低的维度为福利待遇。单因素分析结果显示,医院等级、工作年限、任职方式、职称、最高学历是护士工作满意度的影响因素(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析结果显示,医院等级、职务、工作年限是影响护士工作满意度的因素(P<0.05)。结论安徽省二级、三级医院护士工作满意度总体处于中等水平,有待提高,特别是二级医院护士、中等工作年限护士及临床护士的职业发展,因此管理者应增加对这几类护士的关注度。
Objective To investigate the status quo and infl uencing factors of nurses job satisfaction,and to provide countermeasures for hospital nursing management and clinical nursing service quality.Methods From April to June 2020,the study adopted cross-sectional survey and convenience sampling method to survey 3994 clinical nurses from secondary and tertiary hospitals in southern Anhui,central Anhui and northern Anhui,and compared their satisfaction and to analyzed the infl uencing factors.Results The total score of the job satisfaction of nurses in Anhui's secondary and teritary hosipal was 101.5±19.16 point.The average score of of each ele ment was 3.27±0.62 point,the highest score scale was the relationship between collages,the lowest was warefare benefit.Univariate analysis results showed that hospital grade,working years,working style and professional title,highest academic qualifi cation were the infl uencing factors of job satisfaction of nurses(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that,hospital level,position,working years was the influencing factors of nures'job satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion Nurses'job satisfaction in secondary and tertiary hospitals in Anhui province was at a medium level of the whole and the needs should be improved,especially the career development of nurses in secondary hospitals,middle-age nurses and clinical nurses.Therefore,managers should pay more attention to those nurses.
