制药废水处理提标改造工程设计方案分析

摘要 某制药集团主要生产医药原料、精细化学品和医药中间体,为提高现状污水处理站出水水质,采用"催化氧化+絮凝沉淀+曝气生物炭滤池"工艺对其进行提标改造。改造后,出水COD稳定低于200 mg/L,利于后续园区污水处理厂进行处理。经核算,提标改造后,总运行成本为1.81元/m;污水。 A pharmaceutical group mainly produces pharmaceutical raw materials,fine chemicals and pharmaceutical intermediates,in order to improve the effluent quality of the current sewage treatment station,the process of"catalytic oxidation+flocculation sedimentation+aerated biological carbon filter"is used to upgrade the standard.After the transformation,the COD of the effluent is stable below 200 mg/L,which is beneficial to the subsequent treatment of the sewage treatment plant in the park.After calculation,the total operating cost is 1.81 yuan/m;of sewage after the upgrading and transformation.
