二级Fenton-混凝沉淀-多级BAF法深度处理硫氰酸红霉素生产废水 被引量:1

摘要 本案废水主要为某生物技术有限公司经预处理过的硫氰酸红霉素生产废水,该废水的成分复杂,污染物浓度大、降解难,含有大量高毒性物质、生物抑制物质,硫酸盐浓度高,色度深,悬浮物含量高,水质成分复杂,易产生泡沫等;废水中剩下的污染物均属于极难降解的高分子有机物,可生化性极低,并存在生物抑制性物质。本案采用二级Fenton-混凝沉淀-多级BAF联合工艺对其进行深度处理。该工程自2012年10月投产至今,处理处理效果稳定,各项出水指标均可以达到相关的行业标准。 The waste water in question is mainly from the production of Erythromycin thiocyanate having pretreated by a Biology Technology Co.,Ltd.,which is complicated in component,dense in pollutant,difficult to degrade,rich in high-poisonous stuff and growth-inhibiting substances,abundant in sulfate,deep in color,high in suspended matter,complex in water component,and easy to have froth.The untreated part of the waste water all is high-molecular compound,which is difficult to degrade and lower in biodegradability,also,there’s some growth-inhibiting substances.In this case,the wastewater is dealt with Fenton-II-coagulant sedimentation-Multi-level BAF combined process.Since it has been operated in November 2012,the project is almost unchanging in its effect,and all index of processed waste water can meet the related industry standards.
