摘要
按照国家卫生计生委办公厅关于医疗机构麻醉科门诊和护理单元设置管理工作的通知【国卫办医函〔2017〕1191号】,麻醉科护士主要配合麻醉医生开展麻醉宣教、心理护理、物品准备、信息核对、体位摆放、管路护理、患者护送、仪器设备管理等适宜的护理工作。本文归纳了112例麻醉护士在儿童无痛胃肠镜诊疗中的护理配合流程,为儿童无痛胃肠镜诊疗中的护理配合提供了参考。诊疗过程顺利,均未出现并发症,诊疗后1 d随访患者及家属,均反映诊疗过程舒适。护理配合主要包括诊疗前协助麻醉医生访视、评估患者,仪器设备、药品和耗材的准备,诊疗环境的布局,患者及家属心理护理;诊疗中协助体位安置,麻醉诱导的配合,监测生命体征,协助麻醉医生诊疗中的麻醉管理;诊疗后麻醉并发症的观察,患者及家属的心理护理,费用管理,消毒处理。良好的护理配合,能够确保儿童无痛胃肠镜诊疗的高效与安全,很大程度上提高了患者及家属的舒适度、满意度和接受度。
According to the Notice of the General Office of the National Health and Family Planning Commission on the management of the establishment of anaesthesiology outpatient clinics and nursing units in medical institutions[Medical Letter[2017]No.1191],the major job responsibilities of nurses in anesthesiology department are to cooperate with anesthesiologists to carry out appropriate nursing work,which includes anesthesia publicity and education,psychological nursing,preparation of articles,information checking,position placing,pipeline nursing,patient escort,instrument and equipment management.This paper summarized the nursing cooperation process of 112 anesthesia nurses in painless gastroenteroscopy treatment for children,and provided reference for nursing cooperation in painless gastroenteroscopy treatment for children.The process of diagnosis and treatment was smooth,and no complications occurred.The patients and their families were followed up one day after diagnosis and treatment,and all reported comfortable diagnosis and treatment experiences.Nursing cooperation mainly includes assisting anesthesiologists to visit and evaluate patients before diagnosis and treatment,preparing instruments,equipment,drugs and consumables,layout of diagnosis and treatment environment,and psychological care for patients and their families;assisting in body position placement,anesthesia induction,monitor vital signs,and assisting anesthesiologists in anesthesia management;observation of anesthesia complications after diagnosis and treatment,psychological care of patients and their families,expense management,disinfection treatment.Appropriate nursing cooperation can ensure the efficiency and safety of painless gastroenteroscopy in children,and greatly improve the comfort,satisfaction and acceptance of patients and their families.
