摘要
目的:研究泌尿外科腹腔镜手术患者围术期低体温与寒战的影响因素及标准化护理干预措施。方法:随机分组,对照组在泌尿外科腹腔镜手术患者围术期采用常规护理方法,观察组在泌尿外科腹腔镜手术患者围术期采用标准化护理干预方法,对比两组患者围术期体温情况、手术指标、满意度、体温及寒战发生率情况,分析围术期低体温与寒战的影响因素。结果:两组泌尿外科腹腔镜手术患者术前体温、术中体温、术后体温对比结果差异显著(P<0.05);两组泌尿外科腹腔镜手术患者手术出血量、术后初次排气时间、住院时间对比结果差异显著(P<0.05);两组泌尿外科腹腔镜手术患者满意度对比结果差异显著(P<0.05);两组泌尿外科腹腔镜手术患者围术期低体温及寒战发生率对比结果差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:标准化护理干预措施能够有效降低泌尿外科腹腔镜手术患者围术期低体温及寒战的发生率,患者围术期低体温与寒战主要受年龄、心理状态、手术间温度、低温液体的使用、麻醉方法等因素影响。
Objective: To study the influencing factors of perioperative hypothermia and shivering in patients with laparoscopic surgery in urology department and standardized nursing intervention measures. Methods: The patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group used routine nursing methods in the perioperative period of laparoscopic surgery in urology, and the observation group used standardized nursing intervention methods in the perioperative period of laparoscopic surgery in urology. The perioperative body temperature, operation indexes,satisfaction, body temperature and shivering incidence of the two groups were compared, and the influencing factors of perioperative hypothermia and shivering were analyzed. Results: There were significant differences in preoperative temperature, intraoperative temperature and postoperative temperature between the two groups(P<0.05);there were significant differences in the amount of bleeding, the first exhaust time and the length of hospital stay between the two groups(P<0.05);there was a significant difference in the satisfaction between the two groups(P<0.05);there were significant differences in the incidence of hypothermia and shivering between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:Standardized nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of perioperative hypothermia and shivering in patients with laparoscopic surgery in urology department. The perioperative hypothermia and shivering of patients are mainly affected by age, psychological state, operating room temperature, use of hypothermic liquid, anesthesia method and other factors.
