摘要
随着信息技术时代的到来,对档案管理工作提出新的发展要求,再加上数字化技术在社会各领域中的应用,档案数字化逐渐成为新时期档案管理的潮流和发展趋势。而在目前的档案数字化建设进程中存在着多方面的问题,管理人员应该紧跟时代潮流,进一步制定相应对策,以此来推动档案信息化建设工作顺利运行。本文的创新之处就在于将重点放在试点地区人事档案数字化与人才服务信息化建设的现状、存在的问题及原因分析上,并结合笔者从事相关工作的实践经验,在对制约因素进行分析的基础上,提出合理性、可行性的对策建议。
With the advent of the information technology era, new development requirements have been proposed for archive management, and the application of digital technology in various fields of society has gradually become the trend of digital construction of archives in the new era. However, there are many problems in the current digitalization of archives. Managers should follow the trend of the times and further formulate corresponding countermeasures to promote the smooth operation of archives informatization construction. This paper innovatively focuses on the current situation, existing problems and reason analysis of the digital personnel service information construction of personnel files in the pilot areas, combined with practical experience in relevant work, and puts forward reasonable and feasible countermeasures and suggestions based on the analysis of restrictive factors.
