摘要
近年来,在文书类档案信息化建设的过程中,馆藏档案数字化受到广泛关注,其也是文书类档案工作融入社会、为社会服务的主要举措。但是目前在文书类档案数字化前的整理编目环节中,经常会发生一些问题,不能确保整理编目工作的效果,对档案数字化建设也会产生非常不利的影响。这就需要在档案数字化前的整理编目工作中归纳总结相应的经验,对存在的问题采用科学化的方式应对,确保相关档案数字化前的整理编目工作可以高效开展。
In recent years,in the process of document archives informatization construction,the digitization of collection archives has been widely concerned,and it is also the main measure to integrate the document archives work into the society and serve the society.But at present,some problems often occur in the process of arranging and cataloging document archives before digitization,which can not ensure the effect of the arrangement and cataloging work,and will have a very adverse impact on the digital construction of archives.This requires the summary and conclusion of the relevant experience in the arrangement and cataloging work before the digitization of archives,and adopting scientific methods to deal with the existing problems,so as to ensure that the arrangement and cataloging work before the digitization of relevant archives can be carried out efficiently.
