摘要
目的推行处方前置审核,保障合理用药。方法通过处方前置审核系统开展处方审核,建立我院的处方审核机制,针对审方模式的建立、审方系统知识库的规则维护、药师审方能力的提高等问题,分别制定相应的对策,推进处方前置审核工作的顺利开展。结果我院门诊处方的合格率从开展前置审核前的95.79%上升到98.57%。结论通过处方前置审核系统开展处方审核,能提高处方的合格率,促进临床合理用药。
Objective To implement pre-prescription audit and ensure rational drug use. Methods Prescription audit work was carried out through the pre-prescription audit system and the prescription audit mechanism was established. In view of the establishment of prescription review mode, the maintenance of the knowledge base rules in the prescription review system and the improvement of pharmacists. prescription review ability, corresponding countermeasures were formulated to promote the development of pre-prescription audit work. Results Through the implementation of pre-prescription audit system, the qualified rate of outpatient prescriptions in our hospital increased from 95.79% to 98.57%. Conclusion The implementation of pre-prescription audit system can improve the qualified rate of prescription and promote clinical rational drug use.
