摘要
高等涉农院校具有与三农相关的组织优势、人才资源和技术支撑,是脱贫攻坚工作的重要力量。高等涉农院校基层党组织将其政治优势、组织优势与专业优势相结合,有效推动了脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴相结合。当前,河北北方学院农林科技学院扶贫工作取得了一定成就,但也存在帮扶不紧密,帮扶不精准以及帮助不全面等问题,对此提出相应措施,为乡村振兴提供相应的理论支撑和实践经验。
With the organizational advantages,human resources and technical support related to agriculture,rural areas and farmers,agricultural universities are the main force in poverty alleviation.The grass-roots Party organizations in agricultural universities integrate their political,organizational and professional advantages,which effectively promotes the combination of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.The paper analyzes the achievements and problems of the poverty alleviation of School of Agricultural and Forestry Science and Technology of Hebei North University and explores the path for optimization,hoping to provide some theoretical support and practical experience for rural revitalization.
