摘要
对磁流体密封的应用原理和应用领域进行分析,找出应用于箱式真空腔体的多磁流体密封传动装置传统安装结构的优缺点,并针对其缺点提出了优化设计方案。
This paper analyzes the application principle and application field of magnetic fluid seal,finds out the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional installation structure of multi magnetic fluid seal transmission device applied to box vacuum cavity,and puts forward the optimal design scheme according to its disadvantages.
