摘要
以阀门密封机理为基础,以有限元作为工具,分析了高炉炉顶密封阀密封条件的影响因素,论述了密封条件、密封件材料参数的确定、密封阀实际比压的计算,研究得到了一种通过密封条件分析来指导密封阀关键结构参数优化设计的方法。
Based on the sealing mechanism of the valve,finite element is used to analyze the influencing factors of sealing condition of blast furnace top sealing valve.The sealing condition and the determination of the material parameters are discussed.The sealing valve specific pressure is calculated.An analysis method of sealing valve sealing condition is obtained to guide the optimization design of the key structural parameters.
