摘要
企业文化是企业经营的核心价值理念和内在行为准侧,是企业的灵魂,也是企业持续发展的动力,优秀的企业文化有助于打造企业的核心竞争力。绩效管理是构建企业文化主要推手,有助于企业文化落地生根。因此,企业管理者应当正确认识它们两者的内涵,分析两者之间的相互关系,构建与企业文化相融合的高绩效管理体系,是中小企业发展壮大的必由之路。
Corporate culture is the core value concept and internal behavior of enterprise management.It is not only the soul of the enterprise,but also the driving force for the sustainable development of the enterprise.Excellent corporate culture will help to build the core competitiveness of the enterprise.Performance management is the main promoter of the construction of corporate culture,which is conducive to the implementation of corporate culture.Therefore,enterprise managers should correctly understand the connotation of the two,analyze the relationship between the two,and build a high performance management system that integrates with the corporate culture,which is the only way for the development and growth of small and medium-sized enterprises.
