摘要
将聚乙烯醇与一氯乙酸反应合成了氯乙酰聚乙烯醇酯,考察了反应物配比、反应温度、反应时间及催化剂用量对酯化率的影响。通过正交试验确定氯乙酰聚乙烯醇酯的最佳合成工艺为:n(聚乙烯醇)∶n(一氯乙酸)=1∶1.5,反应温度为70℃,反应时间为6h,催化剂浓硫酸与反应物(聚乙烯醇和一氯乙酸)的质量比m(浓硫酸)∶m(反应物)=0.3,最大酯化率达到67.2%。采用红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对产物结构进行了表征。耐水性实验结果表明,相对于聚乙烯醇,该酯化产物的耐水性显著提高。
Chloroacetyl poly(vinyl alcohol)ester was synthesized by the reaction of poly(vinyl alcohol)with chloroacetic acid.The effects of reactant ratio,reaction temperature,reaction time and catalyst dosage on the esterification rate were investigated.The results showed that the optimum synthesis process of chloroacetyl poly(vinyl alcohol)ester was as follows:the ratio of poly(vinyl alcohol)to chloroacetic acid was 1∶1.5,the reaction temperature was 70℃,the reaction time was 6 hours,and the mass ratio of catalyst concentrated sulfuric acid to reactant is 0.3,the maximum esterification rate is 67.2%.The structure was characterized by FT-IR and ^(1)HNMR.The water resistance test results showed that the water resistance of the esterified product was significantly improved compared with poly(vinyl alcohol).
