摘要
研究了Al-10Si-0.3Mg铝合金压铸过程中不同浇注温度对其组织演变及性能的影响。结果表明,当浇注温度为650℃时,合金的力学性能与热导率最优。随着浇注温度升高,合金冷却速率减小,一次枝晶和二次枝晶间距增加,初晶Si及α-Al的尺寸增大,强度下降;气孔数量增加,有效导热面积减小,热导率下降,合金断口中韧窝数量和尺寸减少,从而使合金的塑性降低。
The influence of different casting temperatures on the microstructure evolution and properties of the Al-10 Si-0.3 Mg aluminum alloy was investiagated during die-casting process.The results show that the mechanical properties and thermal conductivity of the alloy present satisfied effects at 650 ℃.With the increase of casting temperature,cooling rate of the alloy is decreased,and the distance between primary and secondary dendrite is increased,meanhwile the size of primary crystal silicon and α-Al are increased with decrease of the strength.In addition,the number of pores in the alloy is increased,and the effective thermal area is declined with decreasing in the thermal conductivity,and the number and size of the dimples in the fracture of the alloy are decreased,which leads to the decrease of the plasticity of the alloy.
