压铸工艺对ADC12铝合金建筑脚手架扣件力学性能和腐蚀性能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 采用不同的模具温度和浇注温度进行了ADC12铝合金脚手架扣件压铸试验,并进行了力学性能试验和腐蚀试验。结果表明:在试验条件下,随模具温度从200℃增至350℃或浇注温度从680℃增至740℃时,扣件的力学性能和腐蚀性能均先增加后减小。与200℃模具温度相比,模具温度275℃时压铸的ADC12铝合金脚手架扣件的抗拉强度增大33 MPa,断后伸长率减小0.9%,腐蚀电位正移116 mV;与680℃浇注温度相比,710℃浇注时压铸ADC12铝合金脚手架扣件的抗拉强度增大30 MPa,断后伸长率进减小0.7%,腐蚀电位正移94 mV。ADC12铝合金脚手架扣件压铸时的模具温度和浇注温度分别优选275、710℃。 The die-casting test of ADC12 aluminum alloy scaffold fastener was carried out by using different mold temperatures and pouring temperatures. And the mechanical property test and corrosion test were carried out. The results show that under test conditions, both of mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the scaffold fasteners increase firstly and then decrease with mold temperature increasing from 200℃ to 350℃ or pouring temperature increasing from 680℃ to 740℃. Compared with the mold temperature of 200℃, when mold temperature is 275 ℃, the tensile strength of die-casting ADC 12 aluminum alloy scaffold fastener increases by 33MPa, the elongation decreases by 0.9%, and the corrosion potential shifts positively by 116 mV. Compared with the pouring temperature of 680℃, when pouring temperature is 710℃ ,the tensile strength of scaffold fastener increases by 30MPa, the elongation decreases by 0.7%, and corrosion potential shifts positively by 94mV. The optimized mold temperature and pouring temperature are 275℃ and 710℃, respectively.
