摘要
以K_2ZrF_6为主要成膜原料,NiSO_4·6H_2O为着色剂,在ADC12铝合金基材表面制备无铬化学转化膜,研究获得黑色化学氧化膜的最优的工艺配方。得到黑色化学转化膜的最佳制备工艺配方为:K_2ZrF_64 g/L、NiSO_4·6H_2O 6 g/L、AlCl_32 g/L、HF 1.5 mL/L、反应温度60~65℃、反应时间15min。通过SEM、EDS、XRD、电化学测试对化学转化膜的表面形貌、化学成分、组织结构及耐蚀性能进行表征。结果表明:该转化膜表面由很多疏松多孔的珊瑚状组织组成,膜层均匀、完整。转化膜是由Al、Zr、Ni、O、F等元素组成的晶态结构复合物。经化学转化处理后样件表面的腐蚀电流由1.3μA降低到0.15μA,腐蚀电流下降了8.5倍,表明该膜层具有良好的耐腐蚀性能。
The chrome-free chemical conversion film was prepared on the surface of ADC12 aluminum alloy substrate by using K_2ZrF_6 as the main film-forming raw material and NiSO_4·6H_2O as the coloring agent. The optimum process formula of the black chemical oxide film was studied. The best preparation techniques of the black chemical conversion film were as follows:K_2ZrF_64g/L,NiSO_4·6H_2O 6 g/L,AlCl_32 g/L,HF 1. 5 mL/L,reaction temperature 60 ~ 65℃,reaction time 15 min. The surface morphology,chemical composition,microstructure and corrosion resistance of the chemical conversion coatings were characterized by SEM,EDS,XRD and electrochemical tests. The results show that the surface of the conversion film is composed of many loose coral-like tissues,and the film is uniform and complete. The conversion film is composed of Al,Zr,Ni,O,F and other elements of the crystalline structure of the complex. The corrosion current of the surface of the sample after chemical conversion treatment decreased from 1. 3μA to 0. 15μA,and the corrosion current decreased by 8. 5 times,which indicated that the film had good corrosion resistance.
