摘要
高校教师党支部对于加强高校思想文化引领、团结凝聚师生共识、提升高校治理体系和治理能力具有重要作用。在新时代,面对新任务、新形势和新挑战,高校教师党支部还面临着组织生活质量不高、党建和业务工作融合不够、创新创造能力不足等问题,需要通过完善制度机制、发挥典型示范、创新载体空间等路径予以优化。
The party branch of university teachers plays an important role in strengthening the ideological and cultural guidance,uniting teachers and students,and improving the governance system and capacity.In the new era,facing new tasks,new situations and new challenges,the party branch of university teachers is also confronting some problems such as low quality of organizational life,insufficient integration of party construction and professional work,and inadequate innovation ability,which need to be optimized by improving the system mechanism,giving play to the role of typical examples and innovating carrier space.
