摘要
该文立足于部分地方本科高校向应用技术型大学转型的发展战略,以涉农专业的改革实践为基础,从改革人才培养方案、优化课程体系、加强实践实训教学、强化师资力量、加强校企合作、培养学生的创新创业能力训练及就业意识等方面阐述了转型期地方本科高校应用型人才培养模式的构建,对提高涉农专业毕业生就业及工作能力具有一定的参考价值。
Based on the development strategy of transformation from some local undergraduate universities to applied technology universities,and based on the reform practice of agriculture related majors,this paper starts from reforming talent training scheme,optimizing curriculum system,strengthening practical training teaching,strengthening teachers,strengthening school enterprise cooperation This paper expounds the construction of the training mode of Applied Talents in local undergraduate colleges and universities in the transitional period from the aspects of cultivating students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability,training and employment consciousness,which has a certain reference value for improving the employment and working ability of graduates of agriculture related majors.
