摘要
随着人口数量的不断增加,用电压力逐步加大,海上风电企业的发展受到了社会的广泛关注。党建工作是海上风电企业开展管理工作的重要基础,其能够拓展企业文化,提高员工的工作责任感,从而提升发电的效能,为国家的发展提供助力。现阶段,部分海上风电企业的党建工作中仍然存在一定的问题,导致整体管理水平下降,不利于企业的稳定发展。因此,论文研究了海上风电企业党建工作存在的问题,阐述了新时期海上风电企业开展党建工作的方式方法,以期推动海上风电企业健康发展。
With the continuous increase of population,the pressure on power consumption has gradually increased,and the development of offshore wind power enterprises has received extensive attention from the society.Party building work is an important foundation for offshore wind power enterprises to carry out management work.It can expand the enterprise culture and improve the employees'sense of work responsibility,thereby improving the efficiency of power generation and providing assistance to the development of the country.At this stage,there are still some problems existing in the Party building work of some offshore wind power enterprises,which leads to the decline of the overall management level and is not conducive to the stable development of enterprises.Therefore,this paper studies the problems existing in the Party building work of offshore wind power enterprises,and expounds the ways and methods of carrying out Party building work in offshore wind power enterprises in the new period,so as to promote the healthy development of offshore wind power enterprises.
