摘要
随着科技的进步与时代的发展,信息化为党建和生产经营的深度融合指出了一个全新方向,构建党建与生产经营深度融合的信息化支撑体系成为新时代党建工作的重要内容。当前,企业应不断改善和创新党建工作方法,利用全新的工作方法引领企业的全体员工,促进党建和生产经营的深度融合。论文分析了党建深度融合生产经营的现状,并基于信息化视角对新时代党建与生产经营的深度融合策略进行了探讨,以期对企业党建工作的开展提供参考,为企业的生产经营与持续发展提供帮助。
With the progress of science and technology and the development of the times,informatization points out a new direction for the deep integration of Party building with production and operation.Constructing an informatization support system that deeply integrates Party building with production and management has become an important content of Party building work in the new era.At present,enterprises should constantly improve and innovate the working methods of Party building,use new working methods to lead all employees of the enterprises,and promote the deep integration of Party building with production and operation.This paper analyzes the current situation of the deep integration of Party building with production and management,and discusses the deep integration strategies of Party building with production and management in the new era from the perspective of informatization,so as to provide a reference for the development of enterprise Party building work and help the production and operation and sustainable development of the enterprises.
