摘要
长沙金茂梅溪大厦地上62层,地下4层,建筑高度为318m。长沙金茂梅溪大厦采用型钢混凝土柱+钢梁+钢筋混凝土核心筒+环带桁架混合结构体系。系统地介绍了该工程的结构体系特点、结构超限分析与对策、整体计算分析、施工模拟分析、罕遇地震作用下的弹塑性时程分析等内容。分析结果表明该结构具有较好的抗震性能,满足既定的抗震性能目标。
Changsha Jinmao Meixi Building has 62 floors above ground and 4 floors underground,with a building height of 318m.Changsha Jinmao Meixi Building adopts hybrid strcuture system with steel reinforced concrete column+steel beam+reinforcement concrete core tube+belt truss.The structural system characteristics of the project,the analysis and strategy for out-of-code structure,overall calculation analysis,construction simulation analysis,and elastic-plastic time-history analysis under rare earthquakes were systematically introduced.The analysis results show that the structure has excellent seismic performance to achieve the desired performance goals.
